Harper, a little puppy, was born with Swimmer Puppy Syndrome, a rare congenital malformation of newborn dogs and cats in which the legs are spread out, making them unable to stand or walk.
Instead of properly caring for her, her relatives threw her in the garbage bin.
Fortunately, Harper was discovered before it was too late. And she realized she needed to do something to assist. She quickly brought the dog home and called around to get the dog the treatment and care she needed. And, in the end, her studies and hard work would pay off…
