The only surviving member of the Nelon family has shared an emotional statement following the tragic plane crash that killed everyone else on board.
The crash, involving the well-known gospel group, resulted in the deaths of all seven individuals on the plane.
The victims were Jason and Kelly Nelon Clark, their daughter Amber, her husband Nathan Kistler, family associate Melanie Hodges, and pilot Larry Haynie and his wife Melissa.
Autumn Nelon Streetman, the sole survivor, was not on the plane.
The accident occurred while the group was en route to Alaska for the Gaither Homecoming Cruise.
The plane crashed in Wyoming, ignited a fire, and emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene. The Wyoming Sheriff’s Office confirmed there were no survivors.
Autumn has expressed her gratitude for the prayers and support extended to her, her husband Jamie, their unborn child, and Jason’s parents, Dan and Linda Clark.
