In the video, she playfully interacts with him, patting his head and playing with his ears. The Instagram caption subtly hinted at her autism, and she confirmed it by responding to a comment.
Tallulah revealed that she discovered her autism the previous summer, significantly impacting her life. She received positive feedback, with some noting behaviors associated with autism, known as “stimming,” according to the Cleveland Clinic.
Viewers admired Bruce Willis’ patient and supportive reaction in the video, seeing it as a touching memory of a father who now has frontotemporal dementia.
Despite her fears of negative perception, Tallulah had previously shared her struggles with depression, anorexia nervosa, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder in a Vogue article.
She expressed regret over her initial reaction to her father’s declining health and emphasized her commitment to her own recovery and supporting her father.
