Last March, Sandra Bullock finally introduced her much-anticipated film *The Lost City,* which fans were excited to see, especially with Brad Pitt taking on one of the roles as a stoic, heroic character.
In an interview on the Australian show *The Project,* Sandra shared some behind-the-scenes details about how she managed to get Brad Pitt on board—a feat that wasn’t as straightforward as it might seem.
The story began with Janine Thompson, a hairstylist who works with both Bullock and Pitt. Janine asked Sandra to make a cameo in Pitt’s movie *Bullet Train.* Sandra agreed but quickly saw an opportunity to enlist Brad for her own film.
She asked Janine to return the favor by convincing Pitt to join *The Lost City.* Sandra humorously noted, “Let’s be real—hairstylists hold the real power in Hollywood.”
On set, Sandra emphasized the importance of adhering to certain rules to keep things professional and smooth.
While *The Lost City* blends comedy with adventure, the audience had mixed reactions, particularly regarding the casting of a “Harry Potter” star as the film’s eccentric villain.
