Tina Sinatra recently opened up about her father, Frank Sinatra, and the regrets he carried in his final moments.
She shared that their relationship became emotionally distant over the years, particularly after his separation from her mother, Nancy Barbato, who raised their older siblings alone after he left.

In a heartfelt interview, Tina reflected on her father’s feelings of guilt and how he expressed remorse during his last days.
She recalled a touching conversation where he acknowledged the pain he had caused, especially affecting her as a child. Despite the years that passed, Frank remained regretful, understanding the lasting impact of his actions.
Tina fondly remembered how her father affectionately called her “Pigeon” and his heartfelt apology during his final moments when he said, “I’m sorry, Pigeon.”
Although she was only seven months old when he left home, they maintained contact, but he often remained emotionally distant.

She also touched on their strained relationship in his later years, especially following his fourth marriage to Barbara Marx.
