Catherine Ommanney, a star of The Real Housewives of D.C. and former girlfriend of Prince Harry, recently reflected on her brief romance with the British prince, which ended poorly.
In an interview with Piers Morgan, she expressed disbelief at Harry’s transformation, stating, “I just don’t recognize him as a person anymore.” Ommanney reminisced about Harry’s past as a down-to-earth gentleman who valued his privacy and freedom.
She attributed his change in character to Meghan Markle, claiming that the former actress “put a spell” on him, altering his values and priorities.
Ommanney’s comments resurfaced just before the premiere of the Sussexes’ documentary, reminding the public of their past relationship from 2006, when Harry was 21 and she was 34.
She recalled their time together, noting that he had given her one of the most passionate kisses she ever experienced.
However, it seems that Ommanney is one of the few who believes Harry should still embody his “bad boy” persona at 38; perhaps it’s simply a matter of growing up rather than any kind of enchantment.
