After her role in “The Mask,” she largely withdrew from public life and social events. In an interview with Gwyneth Paltrow, she explained her exit from Hollywood by saying she didn’t want to “give her life to someone else.”
Since stepping back from acting, Diaz has focused on business ventures and activism, even authoring several beauty books.
She shares a daughter named Raddix with her husband, 44-year-old Benji Madden, a guitarist for Good Charlotte.
Recently, paparazzi captured a rare family outing, but fans noted that Diaz looked older and more fatigued than before, with some attributing this change to her choice of baggy clothing and minimal makeup.
During the outing, she wore an oversized T-shirt, a jacket, long boots, and a black hat while pushing a large double stroller.
