The romantic comedy *Shotgun Wedding,* which recently debuted in the U.S., could mark the final film for 53-year-old Jennifer Lopez.
While on set, she endured a terrifying near-death experience during a stunt. In a crucial scene, her wedding dress became entangled in a car wheel.
As she filmed another take, she suddenly realized the car was pulling her toward a cliff, leaving her trapped.
“I thought this was the end,” Lopez recalled, urging her co-star Josh Duhamel, “Don’t let me go, please.” Duhamel, who played her on-screen fiancé, held on tightly and reassured her during that frightening moment.
In a twist of fate, Duhamel also found himself in danger while filming.
He nearly tumbled off a cliff while trying to capture the perfect shot of the waves, feeling fortunate to escape unscathed.
