Prince William’s Meaningful Tradition to Honor Diana with His Children…

Prince William’s life has been shaped by many pivotal moments, including the devastating loss of his mother, Princess Diana, when he was a teenager.

Raised with an eye toward his future as king, William and the Royal Family have honored Diana’s legacy in various ways since her passing.

Diana aimed to give William and his brother, Prince Harry, a sense of normalcy—an approach William and Kate Middleton also follow with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

Recently, William shared a personal tradition he continues in memory of his mother.

Speaking about his commitment to carrying forward Diana’s compassion, he revealed, “My mother introduced me to the issue of homelessness at a young age, and I’m grateful for it.

On the school run, we often talk about what we see. When we were in London, we regularly saw people outside supermarkets, and we’d discuss it.”

Royal expert Katie Nicholl highlighted how William’s efforts reflect Diana’s values. “Diana and Charles both wanted their sons to understand life beyond Palace walls.

William and Kate’s children are likely more aware of homelessness than most children from similar backgrounds, thanks to their father’s dedication,” she said.
