Rachael Kirkconnell has made it clear that infidelity was not behind her surprising breakup with Matt James.
When a TMZ paparazzo asked if cheating played a role, the former “Bachelor” contestant confidently replied, “No, not at all.”
She was just as firm when asked if there’s any chance of rekindling her romance with James. “No, definitely not,” she said with a smile. “We’re out. We’re done.”
The 28-year-old shared that she’s doing well despite the public split and is “hanging in there.”
She acknowledged that the breakup has been difficult, admitting it’s something you can’t really prepare for.
Taking things “one day at a time,” she’s focusing on protecting her peace.
As for when she’ll share more about what went wrong in their four-year relationship, Kirkconnell teased, “Things will start to come out, and I’ll speak about it whenever I’m ready.”
