For Heidi Klum, modeling is a family tradition.
Her 19-year-old son, Henry Samuel, whom she shares with ex-husband Seal, made his runway debut at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week. Wearing a backless black pantsuit, he opened the Lena Erziak show in the French capital.
Klum, who started her career as a model in Germany, shared a video of Samuel’s runway moment on Instagram, expressing her pride in his achievement.
Samuel is not the only one following in Klum’s footsteps. His older sister, Leni Klum, launched her modeling career in 2020, with Klum assisting her on her first Vogue Germany shoot.
Though Leni received modeling offers as early as 12, Klum felt she was too young. Leni later acknowledged that waiting was the right decision.
Before his debut, Samuel received advice from both his mother and sister.
He shared in a Vogue Germany interview that Leni advised him to walk with confidence, as if balancing a book on his head, while Klum encouraged him to do his best and enjoy the experience.
