Jessica Alba has filed for divorce from her husband, Cash Warren, after nearly 17 years of marriage, confirming the news to Page Six. The actress submitted the petition with the help of celebrity attorney Laura Wasser, and Warren responded through his lawyer, Adam Philip Lipsic.

Alba, 43, and Warren, 46, stated their separation date as December 27, 2024, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
They requested joint physical and legal custody of their three children: Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7. Despite Alba’s Honest Company being valued at $623 million and Warren’s Pair of Thieves brand valued at $100 million, the couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement.

The couple, who met in 2004 and married in 2008, announced their separation in early January. Alba later shared on Instagram that they were moving forward “with love, kindness, and respect” as co-parents, asking for privacy during this time. She expressed pride in their growth as a couple and as individuals.
Despite the separation, the family had spent the 2024 holiday season together, with Alba sharing joyful moments from a recent trip to Universal Studios and Thanksgiving vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

In August 2023, Warren admitted that jealousy had caused a breakup earlier in their relationship. Alba had also previously spoken about “going through the motions” in their marriage.
