Princess Kate pauses family vacation to share stunning drawings by her three children…

The Prince and Princess of Wales’ children are following in their mother’s artistic footsteps. During the February half-term, Prince George (11), Princess Charlotte (9), and Prince Louis (6) participated in Kate’s early years initiative by drawing portraits of one another.

Prince Louis opted for red and orange felt-tip pens, while Princess Charlotte used pencil with vibrant shades of green, purple, yellow, and blue.

Prince George’s drawing, created with a fineliner, depicted Kate sitting cross-legged in a chair. Kate herself sketched a detailed portrait of Prince Louis with his eyes closed, earning admiration from social media followers.

Having studied History of Art at university, Kate has always had a passion for art and photography.

This initiative aligns with her work at The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, which encourages families to bond through creative activities like drawing and painting.

A caption shared by Kensington Palace emphasized the importance of social and emotional development in early childhood, highlighting how activities like portrait drawing help foster connection, creativity, and fun.

Meanwhile, the royal family is reportedly vacationing on the Caribbean island of Mustique.

Their trip follows William and Kate’s absence from this year’s BAFTA ceremony, though William did make a virtual appearance in a pre-recorded segment introducing past EE Rising Star Award winners James McAvoy and Letitia Wright.
