Elon Musk’s father has openly acknowledged that his son hasn’t been an ideal parent to his many children.
The discussion around Musk’s parenting intensified after right-wing influencer Ashley St. Clair claimed to have given birth to his 13th child. Her announcement came amid controversy surrounding Musk’s 4-year-old son’s visit to the Oval Office.
St. Clair revealed that she had initially kept their relationship private but decided to come forward to preempt media speculation. Posting on Musk’s platform, X, she wrote: “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.
I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but recent events have made it clear that tabloids intend to do so.” She urged the media to respect their child’s privacy.
She also told TMZ that Musk has been unresponsive to her attempts to reach him since she went public.
Earlier this month, Musk appeared in the Oval Office with his 4-year-old son, X Æ A-Xii, sparking social media debate. His ex, Grimes, criticized the decision, stating she was unaware their son would be in the public eye.
Musk’s father, Errol Musk, later commented on a podcast, saying, “No, he hasn’t been a good father.”
