The canal where the dog had been caught looked to be close to where the group was working.

Abel Murillo, one of the staff members, didn’t waste time and started acting.

The construction crews started shouting and clapping to the dog even before it came into focus in an attempt to catch its attention.

Murillo placed himself just over the canal as the dog approached, waiting for the water to take the animal toward him.

On the first try, he caught the dog, and his teammates moved the vehicle back onto dry land.

This is a heartbreaking story. Someone put this dog in a cage and threw him in the river
