The volunteers were affected by their situation and decided to give them a second opportunity. They filmed a mother and daughter and uploaded it on social networks in the hopes that someone would want to adopt them.
The cute, tiny canines were already on the list of animals set to be euth.anized, and they may only be rescued if someone adopts them within the next two days.
The video received a lot of attention on the internet, but it wasn’t enough. They shared it over 1500 times, but no one appeared to be keeping an eye out for Sadie and Benzy. Fortunately, Dava Hammack responded in time.

She believed she couldn’t take any more dogs, but after seeing the video of Sadie and her kid, she knew she had to rescue as many as she could. Dava went to the shelter and brought the little girls with her.
