Eggs are highly nutritious, containing about 13% protein and 12% fat, along with calcium, phosphorus, and various vitamins. However, many people hesitate to eat them daily.

To challenge this perception, one man decided to conduct an experiment. Jack aimed to eat 12 eggs a day for a month and document the changes in his body.

He started each day with four eggs for breakfast, and soon noticed significant muscle growth at the gym. The high protein content in eggs allows for quicker absorption in the body compared to meat, which enhances muscle quality.

For lunch, Jack included another four eggs, benefiting from their low calorie count—about 150 calories per 100 grams. This kept him satisfied without excessive calorie intake, helping to curb his appetite and lose extra weight. He saved the final four eggs for dinner.

After two weeks, he noticed improvements in both his physique and mood. Eggs are rich in choline, which positively affects the nervous system, and contain tryptophan, which boosts serotonin, often called the “happiness hormone.”

By the end of the month, Jack felt more energetic and stronger. He believed the eggs played a significant role in his progress, but he also recognized that such a diet isn’t sustainable long-term.

He concluded that consuming 2-3 eggs daily is a balanced approach to maintaining nutrient levels in the body.
