Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are parting ways after 16 years of marriage, but they’ve vowed to “always remain family.”
Alba, 43, shared the news of her separation from producer Warren, 46, in a heartfelt Instagram post on Thursday.
“For years, I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, both as an individual and in my partnership with Cash,” she wrote. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown over the last 20 years. Now, it’s time for us to start a new chapter as individuals.”
She added, “We’re moving forward with love, kindness, and mutual respect. Our children will always be our top priority, and we ask for privacy during this time.”
The couple, who met on the set of *Fantastic Four* in 2004, share three children: Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7. Earlier this month, Alba celebrated Hayes’ 7th birthday with a family outing to Universal Studios Hollywood.
Speculation about their marriage began circulating recently, especially after Alba didn’t post for Warren’s birthday on January 10, as she had in previous years.
Last May, Alba marked their 16th wedding anniversary with a touching tribute, reflecting on their two decades together. She also announced her departure as chief creative officer of The Honest Company, a brand she founded 12 years ago.
