An adorable moment of an elephant who roars with joy after being reunited with his herd after being tracked down by a rescue team.
After becoming lost in Mudumalai National Park in southern India, a rescue group from the department of environment in Tamil Nadu returned the baby back to its herd.
Four rangers can be seen strolling in front of the baby elephant,as they lead it along a green path to safety. The baby is probably a few months old.
Calf travels on tiny path before coming out onto open road in the video below.
The calf came to a halt and raised its head, giving out a joyous yell as though it had been reunited with its family.
The elephant then walked towards its mom, who was believed to be delightedly waiting.
