We’re going to need a larger tree, I think! This is the funny moment a grazing giraffe tried… and failed… to surprise his friends in a game of hide-and-seek.
On an early morning walk around Kruger National Park’s Lower Sabie Camp, the group was sighted eating breakfast from high trees.
Renata Ewald, a wildlife photographer and tour operator from Nelspruit, South Africa, photographed them as they were eating .
“It was a gorgeous morning after the rains,” Renata, 51, remarked. I was simply sitting there watching the giraffes graze.
“Whenever there’s good light or anything spectacular occurs, I want to shoot them.”
